Message Relay
Message Relay service is a means of conveying information and/or asking questions to non-English speaking clients or other target audience.
Clients can contact our coordinator and explain what message needs to be conveyed. Our interpreter will contact your client, impart the necessary information and get back to you with an answer.
When would a client use this service? Are you a doctor, lawyer or banker?
Do you work in a clinic, hospital or office where it is often necessary to contact clients in advance to gather, clarify or impart information, remind clients to bring certain files or change appointment dates?
